Here are some common questions we get about placing orders, special requests, and more.

For same-day, smaller orders, just use ChowNow! You can pick up or have your order delivered ASAP (no advanced ordering). Most orders take about 10-15 minutes to prepare, but it could take a little longer if we’re busy. You’ll get a confirmation with an estimated pickup time.

Our breakfast sandwiches aren’t available gluten-free — the Bowl of Eggs is, and you can customize it with any of your favorite add-ons!
Our other gluten-free items are:
- Side Salad
- Granola
- Yogurt Parfait
- Breakfast CookiePlease note, we are not a gluten-free facility. All products are made on shared equipment.

Yes! We have a few vegan options:
- Avocado Toast
- Breakfast Cookie
- Sourdough Bread
- Multigrain Bread
- Granola (*contains honey, but otherwise vegan)
Just keep in mind that everything is made on shared equipment! -
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom items or cakes.
We can only take orders from our regular menu.For whole cakes, we offer sheet cakes in two sizes:
1/4 sheet cake (9.5" x 13") for $48 + tax
1/2 sheet cake (18" x 13") for $96 + tax

To place a special order, simply fill out the form on our Special Orders page! Make sure to complete all the sections so we can help you best. Include as much detail as you can, and don’t forget to tell us the date and time you’d like to pick up.

No, all special orders are for pickup only. We do not offer delivery at this time.

Orders must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance — except for weekend and Monday orders, which need at least 3 business days' notice.
So, for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday orders, please submit by 2 PM on Thursday.

We review and respond to order inquiries Monday through Thursday. You’ll get an email once we’ve had a chance to look over your request.
As a small business, we may not always be able to respond immediately, but please know that we are doing our best to accommodate your requests and will respond as promptly as possible.

Once we’ve reviewed your order, you’ll get an email, along with a digital invoice for online payment. Your order is confirmed once we’ve processed your payment.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, just let us know as soon as possible! We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes may be limited depending on how much notice we have.
For any other questions or help with your order, feel free to reply to the email we send you. Our in-person bakery team can’t assist with special orders directly, but we’re happy to help via email!
